You give them a budget and they will work with it, I really appreciate that. Together they have many years of knowledge available to any customer. Hands down number one pro shop of California. "Recently ordered a new bow here and was pleasantly surprised by just how nice everyone on the team interacted with myself and the other customers in the store; a very warm and friendly environment where the staff was actively listening to customers. Even the people building arrows were happy to bring you into a fun conversation while a tech was making adjustments.
The most important detail to me that sold me on the shop while ordering my bow was when I questioned the mounting options for a sight the solution was to discover the answer together by walking over to a bow in stock. I really love it when people are open to verifying their answer or admitting what they don't know and using it as a chance to learn.
TLDR, felt heard and respected through the entire process, will happily buy here again"

"I recently got back into archery after being out of the game for years, and this shop has been the perfect place to jump back in. At first, I was a little intimidated by all the gear, but the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly that it didn’t take long for me to feel at home.
My wife wanted to join me in archery too, and Ilene made that process so easy. She was super patient, kind, and made sure my wife had a great first experience. From helping her find the right gear to making her feel comfortable, Ilene was amazing.
Don was also fantastic—super helpful in explaining the nuances of modern archery gear, especially with stock and inventory issues. Russ went above and beyond helping my wife get her first bow, set up a nocking point, and gave her some solid first-time pointers. This team is just incredible.
The shop has a small but solid selection of recurve bows, including one ILF model for more advanced archers, which I appreciated.
Now, the best part: the indoor range. It's air-conditioned (thank god), and the two adjustable targets can be moved from 5 to 20 yards. Rates are $10–15/hr, and it's super convenient to use. Just stop by the front to register and pay, then you're good to go—no hassle or wait. Once signed in, you're free to shoot without needing further staff interaction.
While the range is usually packed with compound shooters (probably testing new gear), I feel like I’m the lone recurve archer most of the time. Still, I’ve been recommending this place to my friends non-stop and even hold lessons here for them occasionally. With 100+ degree weather outside, this has become my go-to archery spot.
